I saw a lot of climbers who wanted to get better, but didn't know how, and I wanted to share my approach. I remember in my own climbing how hard it was to break out of the first plateau in improvement and I think I can make the transition easier for climbers. Plus, I'm pretty okay at climbing.

1. Spend an inordinate amount of time climbing and thinking about climbing.

3. Climb with people who are better than you, and don't just assume they are better because of their strength.
